Back to Gym!

Its been a long time I didnt workout in gym, if Im not mistaken, last time I went to gym was October last year.

I stopped workout in gym because of tons of assignments pilling up, also I need to work harded because it was my last semester for my Diploma. Yes, I passed my diploma, dont worry :)

Well, after a long stop, I should resume as usual to workout in gym 2-3 times a week.

I joined Technoflex Fitness Club, located at Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil. It is very near from my college APIIT, only 2 minutes drives away.

Sign in for the first time after nearly half a year

Nowadays tons of fitness centres around KL, Fitness Second or Third,  Lai Si Wai Ka Si Fitness, Chow Kit Fitness, Ah Long Bukit Beruntung Fitness & etc. Seems like people in the 21st century very priorities their health and living style huh?

They are willing to pay around RM150 a month for a membership fees to a fitness club to workout. But whether do they workout on schedule or just joining because others joining too kinda attitute…

The gym that I joined is nothing fancy, no new & well maintained machines, no free flow of beverage, no television, no classes to attend…

As a student, the fees that I need to pay is only RM120, not for a month but for 4. Yes, thats F-O-U-R, empat, å››, months! That means, RM30 a month!

Reason why I wanna workout is because for a healty body of course! Secondly, Im a very very thin guy, I always dislike the way I look when I dressed up. Always envy of others who can look so great because they have a well built body despite they dont have a good look at the face. I just lack of confident in myself with the body size that I have, dunno why…

Weights, weights & weights…

No point envy/jealous over other’s body, you will never know how much hard work they put into it to get the result like that. If you want to have 1, work on it, no shortcut!

When I was young, I always got bullied because Im small and thin. Kena ejek by friends, always become the victim. The only way I think I could fix this, is to build myself up abit and look tougher so I dont become the victim anymore.

I will workout as hard as I could, try to avoid skipping workout days unnecessary. I dont go workout alone, if I do I might have a reason to be lazy. I go gym with my gay gym partner Ju Yau, he also wanna become muscleman! So we will workout together-gether!

To have a well built body is not easy, it is not about how much you are paying for the membership fees, is the attitute and correct mindset to do it! Im not aiming very far, current target is to carry my own weight on the bench, then slowly tone up bit by bit.

I wont give up!

      Good luck buddy, a word of caution, don’t push yourself too hard, else you’ll damage your ligaments. I damaged my shoulder ligaments last October, and have since stopped working out. Apparently I need surgery. :-(
